Become an Erotic University Educator
If you express yourself well, and you are knowledgeable in an area of sexuality that our students will find interesting, you can become an Erotic University instructor.
Your class is converted into a downloadable version that incorporates video and student interaction. It is copy protected with our own proprietary system. We do most of the work- you provide the expertise.
All you need is a video camera and our support materials. We can also use existing video if it is high enough quality. We can even create an animated character based on you.
Erotic University Virtual Class Format
The classes use a standard format. A view of the classroom is displayed with video of the instructor keyed into the virtual class environment. Buttons along the bottom and objects in the main image are clickable to lead students to the different features of the class.
Each class contains the following:
A Short Class Introduction
Here the instructor provides a quick summary through video of what the class is about and what the student can expect to learn. This is typically the first thing the student sees, playable from the side menu bar or by clicking on the instructor.
Class Workbook
This workbook allows the student to go through the written material at their own pace. It is represented by a clickable notebook on the student’s virtual desk. We can convert material created in most word processors. It contains:
- 8 tabbed sections.
- Each section can contain pictures, illustrations, animations, and video.
- There is no set amount of text, but each section should be clear and to the point.
Lab
We work with the instructor to develop the lab section. It can be any of the following:
- Flash based interactive experience.
- A physical assignment.
- Additional video segments
Lecture
After playing the introduction, the student can begin the video based lecture. This can be created from existing video, or shot in our classroom facility with a live audience.
Vocabulary
The vocabulary words appear as clickable objects on the blackboard in the virtual classroom. There are four to eight words, spoken aloud with definition.
A Final Exam
The final exam is easily created by the instructor by editing a simple text file template.
- Multiple choice with four choices
- Any number of questions
- Created by editing a template text file
- Passing grade logged in student permanent record

Each class can have any or all of the following. They are online HTML pages which are easily updatable.
- Personal experiences
- A question page where students can email a question and read other responses.
- A links page.
- Any additional information that the instructor feels is useful that either may need updating or simply did not fit anywhere else in the class. In addition, sections can be added even after the class is made available to students.
Questions
What Type of Classes Are You Looking For?
The more focused the class the better. For example, a general class on oral sex is good, but something like "Oral Sex Techniques of Adult Superstars" or "Mastering Deep Throating the Easy Way" is better. It is not all about sex tehcnique. Some ideas for classes include Japanese Rope Bondage, Power Flirting, the Full Sex Workout, Nude Figure Drawing, Sexual Performance Enhancers, Overcoming Impotence and Frigidtity, Sex in Ancient Civilizations, The Published Sex Writer, How to Marry for Love and Great Sex. Some of the best classes are going to be based on creative ideas that we never would have thought of.
What Credentials Do I Need?
Real world experience counts for a lot. If you have been monogamous all your life and want to teach a sexual technique, we may be a little skeptical that what you are teaching is universal. That is why we really like educators from the adult entertainment and alternative lifestyle communities, who tend to have more experience with a wider variety of partners. You may have a passion for and have done a lot of research on a specific topic, such as the history of stag films (with examples included in the class). You may be a world traveler with experience with prostitutes around the world. You may know all the ins and outs of a particular profession in the world of sexuality. Or, you may even be a Ph.d. with an interesting thesis under you belt.
What if I Don't Want to Appear on Camera?
We can create a fully animated lip-synched character to act as your stand-in. These characters match the style of the other virtual characters in the Erotic University Virtual Campus.
How Does the Money Work?
In most cases, it costs you nothing but your time to develop a class. Your royalties from all sales of your class, which you can track online, is negotiated based on the cost of the class, our development costs, and our determination of how popular the class will be. You’ll need to speak with us about the specifics of your class before we can give more exact details.
There are two tiers of royalty payments. You receive the larger percentage through sales that come directly from your own site. We can create the sales page for you (and even host and build the site for you), and we handle all of the credit card transactions and the bandwidth for downloading. You receive a lesser percentage from sales that originate from our site.
How Much Do Classes Cost?
The range is from $5 to $35. Generally, the more expensive classes are those that have strong enough appeal to justify the higher price. Keep in mind that part of the concept is for classes to be impulse buys, and that we are competing with DVD which customers perceive to have more value since they receive something physical. We offer them instant gratification through a download plus a competitive cost with cool extra features not available on DVD.
What is EU Responsible For?
We provide the tools you need to develop the classes. We do the final programming, arrange for the class, do the taping of the class, do the final editing of the video, and put all of thepieces of the class together. We then add our proprietary copy protection system that keeps students from putting your class up on file sharing networks or sharing it with friends. It is locked to their computer.
Can My Class Be Put on Portable Media?
No. It is locked to a single computer. However, a part of a class such as video or audio can be formatted to be protable, although it will not be copy protected.
