We believe that the sexual freedoms of consenting adults are implicit in the Constitution and in the implied right to privacy. We believe the time is coming for a recognition that government does NOT have the right, either by legal or moral authority, to control the consensual sex acts of adults, or control what they choose to read or view, or decide which consenting adults they are allowed to have sex with. The most personal freedom is the right of personal sexual expression, and when a government denies that right, the citizens under that government are not truly free. 

The Freedom Tour Project has three goals:
 

1. To track legal actions state by state by local government to control sexual expression and restrict sexual liberty.

2. To catalog laws state by state that restrict sexual liberty and expression.

3. To mount a nationwide tour that will celebrate the freedoms Americans have, and protest local laws that restrict sexual expression by making people aware of them and by filming specific regionally prohibited acts in a positive way to demonstrate that these are normal practices of consenting adults intended for their pleasure that should in no way be infringed upon. A video made of this tour will be sold to raise funds for free speech organizations.
